This course was immaculate. The service almost everywhere was great, with the exception of few areas. The two areas being paying for our round the staff in the pro shop weren’t friendly or welcoming and the second being the bar where they sent me to get ice. Initially only one other person was at the bar before the lady took my order for ice, 10 minutes later still didn’t bring me the ice so I left. The staff outside were so friendly and helpful, Frank the player assistant came around more than once to see how we were doing and the staff to help you to your car after your round finished were also so great.
One of my top 5 courses all time, even in winter conditions it was spectacular. The RTJ trail has done some great work and this one is top shelf. Has some really outstanding views due to the sweeping landscape, natural elevation changes, and evergreens that separate you from other holes. This course alone was reason enough to buy the trail pass and the closest course I have is 2.5 hours away.
