Our family paid for the 2 hour unlimited package. We attempted for our son to use the ropes course and there were no available harnesses. We asked for a partial refund given we were not able to use all attractions and the representative AND his manager both refused. This lack of basic customer service and failure to provide equal exchange of services for payment rendered is why this business gets one star.
Went today (9/28/24) for my daughter’s 11th Birthday we purchased the 2 hour bands and had the best time. The employee Asher was so friendly and made our experience amazing. Y’all should really give him a raise he was the only one that wasn’t on his phone and was actually engaging with the customers. Thank you Asher for being so friendly and kind and letting me know which go kart was the fastest 😁! Hope to see you again the next time we come!
