When we paid $20+ for one child for an hour, I would have expected the place to be clean. Our kid finally gave up on trying the trapeze, when she couldn't find an employee to help her. Carpet peeling and looks like it was vacuumed last week. No employees around to watch the teens bully the little kids out of their own play area. They are open until 10 pm but concessions close at 8:30? There isn't a water fountain so you better get your drinks while you can. The kids were having fun but, yuck.
Comically understaffed at almost all times, so the rules end up as suggestions since there is no one available for much more than manning the front desk. Not the hourly staffs fault, of course, but if you aren’t keeping a close eye on your little child one of the many larger, unaccompanied kids will make sure they are injured. More often than not you will find the bathroom destroyed and equipment broken. But the kids love it, so what are you gonna do?
