Very charming and quaint location. Love the water view and easy of access. Parking is plentiful but the building inside is very dated! It did the part for the event but is not modern by any stretch. Chairs were very comfortable!
Well I live in Sun City. I am charged a fee over $600 per year, (I love that it's called an assessment!), I have 12 days , or 36 hours per year to get my membership. It took one year for them to tell me, the blame the realtor, she blames them, anyway, I work full time and have a part-time job. They will not let me in , even though they billed me and provided a threat of a lien on my property, with out a photo. This makes no sense. No problem coming after me if I don't pay but no way you will let me in until I get there on the first Saturday of each month, available for three hours. Come on. This should be able to completed on line, much less je when you take my money! So no , this is not or has not been a good experience for me.
