I took my mother here to spend some time with her to play mini golf. When we got there we couldn't help but notice how run down and old the place is. While I was trying to pay for mini golf I had the worst customer service that I ever encountered. We told the cashier that my mother is a senior and the girl behind the desk looked at us like we were crazy. My mother is a senior but she looks young. The girl behind the desk went to another girl that worked there and asked her about the senior citizen discount and even that girl looked at us crazy like we were lying to her. They ended up offering the discount for her being a senior citizen. As I am trying to pay and use my card it declined my card which I knew had money on it. I ended up trying another card and that one was declined as well and I also had money on it. So then my mother tried her card and the machine also declined it and she also had money on it. So that got me and my mother kind of frusterated. The 2 girls behind the counter were acting very annoyed and telling us that it was our card's and not the machine. There was no possible way it was our card's. The machine declined 3 card that had money on them there was no possible way it was our card's. The 2 girls did not even offer for us to try the other machine right next to them. These 2 girls behind the counter were rolling their eyes and acting annoyed. They were the rudest cashier's I ever met. Me and my mother ended up leaving. When we got to my car me and my mother ended up going back in to speak to the manager. The manager was also extremely rude and acted like they did not care at all. I have never came across a place with so many rude employees and management. Me and my mother also called our bank's after we left to make sure it was not our fault with our card's that the machine was declining them. All 3 of our card's had money on them and were both active. I will never go back to this run-down place again. I don't like to complain about things like this but I have to. I never ran into any employees or management this rude and incompetent. I will never recommend this place to anybody and will never come back. I wish I could give this place zero star's.
