I hadn’t been to Main Event in years, but today I went on a bowling date and paid for two hours, which was enough for 6.5 games with two people. The game stops as soon as your time runs out, even if you're in the middle of a round, and some employees offer drinks or food while you play. Bowling was really fun, though it was busy since it was a Saturday, and while I only bowled this time, I love that they have the coin pusher game I’ve spent way too much money on it before!
The overall experience was just horrible. The customer service would be bad if they had any. We repeatedly had to ask for help. All the employees were just hanging out in the back of the kitchen on their phones and completely ignoring us and other tables. We ordered the sliders and More. The burgers were ok, but they were a but burnt. The chicken sliders were completely frozen on the outside, and the bread was cold as well. The sliders seemed to have just been warmed um really quickly and then served. The fried pickles were actually pretty good. This was our first and LAST time going to main event.
