I was super excited to come to Holey Moley in Santa Monica. I had an amazing experience at the Austin location in early October that I wanted to share it with my family. Though we had fun, it was nowhere near the experience I had in Austin. I will say that this location was quite busy but it seemed like everyone was starting on the same course instead of being staggered on the three options. When we checked in we were told our playing rotation and we went up to the third floor. There should be an employee there to guide people because it seemed like everyone was playing the first course they saw and it was a tight squeeze. Play felt rushed at times, but the stuffy feeling created by the overcrowded space was the most unpleasant thing. It was fun despite feeling rushed but not sure I would recommend as highly as I did before coming here.
I had an amazing experience thanks to Rahel and Nicholas! Their customer service was outstanding—they was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to helping customers, and they made my visit truly exceptional. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
