went as a first-timer thinking i hated golf.. but somehow this place made it so so fun with different games that are fitting for all levels~ the workers were really welcoming and friendly as well!! there was even a tiny arcade downstairs that was super fun :)) i didn’t have the food tho but the other tables got stuff that looked pretty good
Today, my boyfriend and I decided to try Topgolf. We went to check in at guest services and the individuals were friendly and kind. They told us we had a 45 minute wait and we were okay with that. We decided to go over to the bar and get something to eat while we wait. We were completely ignored. I talked to two workers about ordering food and getting something to drink and they kept saying that someone would be over. We were sitting for 20 minutes and no one approached our table. The staff in bar area was dismissive and unresponsive. I was disappointed and decided to leave. I really hope they can figure out how to provide better service in that area because it’s disappointing. I refuse to give over $100 to a company that provides poor service in today’s economy.
