Nice place to have a party , the kids enjoyed they self and laser tag was the best. I’m giving it 3 stars because we paid $250 for the party package and they waited to the day of the party to tell us the food wasn’t included with the party package, then we had to pay an additional $115 for food. Even tho we paid for the food they didn’t provide plates nor cups for the soda shaking my head. If they can fix that then it will be a 5 star place cause paying $365 for a party package and not receiving plates to eat the pizza on and cups to pure the soda in is crazy work.
We had my son’s 10th birthday at Monarch Fun Zone, and it was a fantastic experience! The staff was accommodating, and we had a large table reserved just for our group, which made everything super convenient. The laser tag was a hit—fast-paced and exciting, with no long wait times. The variety of activities kept the kids entertained for hours, and everything was well-organized. The atmosphere is fun and lively, and the whole place was clean and well-maintained. We’ll definitely be back for more family fun in the future!
