If I could give a negative I would. My son had a banquet there I have 2 sons the banquet was for my 12 year old (old enough to rome a little more freely then my other) I stuck to my 4 year old. He LOVED the junior go carts so we literally back to back for a good hour no line no older kids bullying the little ones. Took a good break came back more kids all ranges of ages (some should not have been able to get on at all period just saying) so there's a line of about 20 kids my son is probably around the 10th, mind you he's going alone no friends not in a group nothing. The associate that was working the carts is a dwarf one of the kids at the front of the line(in a bigger group of kids no chaperone all ages)called him a midget. I didn't hear it I can't tell you the context situation nothing. All I know is my son didn't say it and he's been in line for about 20 minutes because kids keep pushing him back cutting in line. The associate gets mad yells at the kids all of them and some random guest a nobody gets in front on the entire group and addresses ALL parents and kids calling us all disgusting we are a disgrace we shouldn't be parents so on and so on. I look at him and said don't address my son and don't speak on me and mine without knowing who the hell I am. He insisted on being a "hero" yelling at a bunch of kids and women. Okay so myself and another mother left the kids with siblings and confronted the man about how he is wrong. He owes us an apology and he needs to learn to handle situations better if he's going to try and save the day you figure out who said it you fine the parent and you address it period. So it escalated got ghetto because the husbands and bfs coaches weren't going to let this man talk anyway to our kids and women and think he's off Scott free. He was singing a whole different tune now. Then I went back to my youngest STILL IN LINE! the associate is skipping and taking whoever is basically being pushy and handing him the card first. Mind you my son's a shy 4 year old alone he's just excited to "drive" so of course he's getting skipped I can't even trust him to not lose his card so the adult has it. That's crazy my son's now been in line about 35 40 minutes a manager comes out of the carts are after speaking with the associate about what happened and I politely said excuse my son's been in line for over 30 minutes because he's not going in order of the line that's ridiculous and unfair my son didn't do anything to deserve that type of behavior her response was I trust his judgement and what is doing and I'll have his back. Oh great management skills, so trust that everything that went down was justified and trust me your lucky. Is there any type of management skills customer service skill anyone that has some type of common sense to de-escalate the situation so you can make everyone happy. Clearly I'll never come back I'll never suggest it and honestly I don't for see this place ever becoming a must see attraction. Horrible stay away from this place.

First time here. It's a great place for fun. However be very careful on the bridge handrail. They're super sharp on edges. It's so easy to get wood splinters. It could ruin your fun in an instant. Management should look into this immediately. It's a safety thing.
