Hours say they're open til 9, but they don't mention they stop serving golf balls at 8. Drive over there and try to hit balls at 8:05 and it's a no go. I get it, employees want to go home and there has to be a cut off, but make it clear on the website so your customers don't drive across town to be turned away. The owner will have some response like, "our hours are always like this," but my point is that's not clear on the website, and judging from the reviews, many others have had a similar experience. It could even be a great marketing pitch on the main website splash page--"Open til 9, the latest in Fresno (disclaimer--last balls at 8)." Everyone would understand, and you wouldn't surprise your customers.

I have been going here for over 20 years when it was River Park Golf Center. The old owners were very friendly and helpful. I spent a lot of money there and would purchase all of my clubs from them. With the new owners it has been going downhill especially in the last couple of years. They are not friendly and don't care about their customers. They even moved where you pay from inside the golf center to a window at an entry gate. They are just there to take your money and not to help. Go if you just want to give them money to hit ball. Also do not take any drink or food or you will be turned away. like I said they are just there to take your money. edit: the manager gives the excuse "It take money to run the course". That does not mean you have to treat customers poorly and take all the customer server and friendliness out of your business.
