We have been coming to the YMCA for years. Our two young kids have grown up coming here and we have a blast with both the summertime and winter activities. Staff is always friendly. Beautiful location. The key is to stay in the cabins and not the hotel rooms. Only wish is that they would clean the cabins better. It’s hit or miss whether or not you get a nice updated one, or a dirty grimy old one. I get they are cabins but the price tag of almost $300 a night you would expect better. Also if you drive around they are building tons of new cabins all the time, it’s packed during the summer, so the place is making plenty of money.
Really cool property it's huge and they offer a lot of activities. But I less you get a cabin there is no ac their hotel rooms are like dorm rooms small, no ac and no TV's. Bit the property it's self is awesome elk mule deer all over a good view of the mountains. The room are cheap compared to other places in Estes. If you have kids this is a great spot
