We come here every other weekend. The young adults that work here are always helpful and pleasant. I find some of these complaints harsh. It’s a family friendly place to bring your kids and friends to bowl. They have a bar, an arcade, a photo booth, a snack bar, clean restrooms, TVs they will change the game to for you, not to mention AWESOME promotions. Not once have I had the experience where I thought “ew this place is dirty.” I’m pretty sure they just input brand new carpet as well as some other upgrades around the alley. Sure the lanes are finicky sometimes, but staff is always quick to help. Calling in before you go can mitigate improperly posted hours online. All around great place, we love coming here.
The food was pretty good, although I felt it could have been better seasoned. It took about 40 min to get our food. The waitress was attentive and helpful. The older hostest was very rude and unprofessional. There were a few things on the menu that they no longer served or ever had in stock according to our waiter.. All In all, It wouldn't be my 1st choice for dining in the casino, but if your looking for a cheaper kid friendly option, this may be worth it.
