My husband and I frequent Golf Lounge 18. He was in their Tuesday winter league, and we consistently bring our two young daughters with us. For the past year or so, we have had the best experiences with customer service as well as golf knowledge. Mike is generally who serves us. He is polite, fast, knowledgeable and just all around kind. Yesterday, one of our daughters got sick while there, and the way he handled it with such kindness and professionalism was remarkable. I wish I owned a business so I could hire him to run it, he is just THAT good. We will continue to go to your establishment, and encourage anyone who wants a fun time out with their friends or families to do the same!
Visited this past weekend to check out the band Ali Kat and the Revelators and came away impressed with the whole setup. Definitely friendly and engaging staff with the amenities for a family evening or just a fun night out with friends. Simulators, food, beverages, tv's with plenty of room to move, and not to mention the cozy patio to enjoy live music!!!
