Fiesta Falls Miniature Golf

Our family of 5 have visited Fiesta Falls Mini Golf every year on our trips to St.Augustine for over a decade. However, the poor customer service this time really tarnished our experience. The course itself is beautiful, with lovely landscaping and a well-maintained layout, but the staff's attitude this year was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, we realized we had forgotten a widely available coupon. We asked if any of the coupon books on their rack had one for mini golf, but the staff member working the front desk exchanged looks with a coworker and coldly said no. No kindness or an effort to make us feel welcome, just a sharp dismissal. Later, when we looked at decorative golf balls (a family tradition for those who got a hole-in-one), she was too busy chatting with her friends who arrived for ice cream (it was near closing time) to acknowledge us. When she finally noticed us, she dismissively said, “Thank you,” as if prompting us to leave. When we hesitated, she awkwardly asked her friends to step aside, making us feel so uncomfortable that we skipped the purchase altogether. As someone with years of customer service experience, I was shocked by the rudeness. It was made clear that we weren’t valued by the staff. The course itself is fantastic, but after this visit, we are questioning if it is worth the expense next year.
