Nick was about as unpleasant as they come. I was “double booked “ using golf now, I get that happens, that’s not the issue. Through texts and calls to my phone I was confused why ParFit handled it this way. My issue is with Nick, when I was told I was double booked I said I had no problem and simply asked if HE would contact GolfNow so they would reimburse the deposit. Nick apperently doesn’t like working while he’s at work and would rather just sit back and relax and blast his music so loud no one spending their money there can truly think or enjoy their time. He declined to reach out in a very rude and sassy manner, strange for sure, I simply was asking him to confirm that they double booked so I could get my money back. Instead I called Golf Now, jumped through all the hoops just for Nick to then ignore their calls of confirmation. So now now golf, our money, and no desire to ever go back. Thanks Nick, you made my experience so…..memorable.
My wife and I visited Parfit Naples on our weekly Date Day and played 18 holes at Pebble Beach. We had a great time. The Flatbread pizza was pretty good as well. The deep-fried pickles were undercooked and doughy but would've been great otherwise. It's not the same as real golf, but it's a great alternative at a fraction of the cost. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely add Parfit to our list of places to visit again.
