We just got back from a 4 day/3 night stay and had the best time! I was absolutely blown away with how friendly and helpful their staff was every single day of our trip! When I say everyone, I mean everyone! Front desk staff, lobby/entertainment staff, life guards and water park attendants, food staff, cleaning staff, adventure staff and gift shop attendants. These people were so nice and truly cared about guests. We had so much fun and never left the resort other than to grab food twice. The food was really good but also large portions with appropriate pricing for that size. We played in the waterpark several times. We played mini golf, mini bowling, magiquest, did both the adventure play areas, and the arcade. The entertainment in lobby was excellent and there always something going on. My kids are 10 & 3 and were immediately asking for a return trip. We loved how it felt like its own city and had everything we needed. Best short trip we have taken in the last several years! We will be returning!
We had a great experience. Check in was smooth and we were able to use the water park right when we got there. Got a text when our room was ready, early! The room was nice and clean and exactly what we expected. The view wasn't nice but we didn't spend much time in the room. Used the TV and appreciated that we were able to use our Netflix account. Checkout was simply a text and got our correct invoice shortly after. The staff was all really nice and there were a ton of lifeguards around.
