My son’s 7th birthday party here, and Kaia, Jordan and Nick were just amazing in helping facilitate the process of herding wild children to and from. They helped me so much with setup, party flow and cleanup. I’m so grateful and will recommend this experience to anyone needing a child’s birthday party.
My son enjoyed it. Everything is priced fair, but it feels like they don’t even have air on in the building and I ended up puking within 30 mins of being there from heat exhaustion and was sweating just sitting still. That’s the only negative is no where to cool down (drinks didn’t help) & couldn’t step outside the door to cool down because no re-entry and I’m type 1 diabetic on top of it. There was a very nice worker who happened to be in the bathroom when I got sick and brought me a water (I left mine where I was sitting before) and that was real nice of her. I just believe there needs to be a spot where some can cool down if needed. My grandpa took him once before and also said something about how hot it is in there. That’s the only complaint, otherwise everything else is great & the staff is really amazing.
