This is definitely a premier resort and amazing location (should get 5 stars). Unfortunately the guests do not adhere to the NO SMOKING policy 😒 … Didn’t get to enjoy even one cup of morning coffee on the balcony at sunrise due to neighbors smoking (throughout the day). 😮💨🤮 …. No resolution or courtesy discount offered for this inconvenience. All I could do was try to “spy” on the neighbors in an attempt to report the issue to guest services. Not how I want to spend my time! 🫠 Southern Vacation Rentals provide amazing service but they have no control over this type of issue.
This is really a nice resort and holds a special place in my heart. Panama City Beach was one of our vacation spots. We would go to almost every year. And some of my best childhood memories are at this resort. They have multiple on-site pools and hot tubs. And an on-site restaurant and bar. If you’re in the towers, you’ll have a great view of the Gulf Coast. The villas are a little bit cheaper, but you don’t have the view. It’s a nice property, but it can be hit or miss on the units, as they are individually owned so some of the units are incredibly nice and up-to-date and you’ll feel like you’re at a fancy resort while some of the units can be a bit dated. If you get one of the nicer up-to-date units, it’s well worth the money. If you get one of the more dated units, you feel like you should have something nicer for what you’re paying. This resort sits pretty much in the center of Panama City Beach so you have tons of dining options as well as stores and attractions in very close proximity.
