We had a great time had reservations for 1/25/25 after one one of the worst snow storms here… For our 1 yr old granddaughter. Sarah,Selena , & Preston were the staff on duty lots of communication, very helpful, friendly, professional and super nice. The place was clean , bathrooms clean for an older building. Lots of space for kids to be kids.. We didn’t do the treehouse side for one of the 2 activities in our package . Bounce houses, and roller skating every one had a great time. We will go again…
Staff was very nice. No issues there. Definitely wasn't impressed by the experience though. Took our 3 &5 yr old to go Roller skating and they loved it. However, paid 40$ for them to have access to skating and 1x jump house. Daughter brought her own skates. Price didn't match what I'd added up online. Adult roller skate sizes stop at 12 for inline. No 13s or 14s. They had the others in 13s though. Better off bringing your own. They only had 1 jump house up. Another big issue was we expected it to stay open until 9pm. We were there for an hour before they announced closing at 6pm. Which is when they turned off the bounce house we paid to use. A lot of the games are out of service so we stayed away from those.
