Very disappointed in the complete breakdown of communication for an event I hosted for a decently large group of folks over the weekend. In the 2-3 weeks leading up to it, I had spoken with several key staff (managers maybe?) to confirm date / time, and pricing of group discount for minigolf and food for the guests. - When I arrived a short bit early as they requested the staff at the counter (all teenagers) looked very confused and didn't know there was an event going on. I had to educate the 4 kids at the counter that -yes- there is an event from 11-2 today, I had a larger group coming to do minigolf so we may need it "blocked" for an hour and a half, and that we'll be doing food that I already talked with someone on Wednesday to triple confirm would be ready. Why nobody told them this is mind boggling. - After settling this, I told them anyone here for the event (starting at 11) needs to be presented with the namebadge book to take a name badge (they did not do this, I think they just put them where people couldn't see them because guests told me they had no idea there were nametags). Maybe a third or less of the attendees knew there were name badges, so thank you. - Once the round of minigolf was done we went in to get food and relax, to which they only had 2 tables set up, instead of the 5 or so they had last year, and none of the food was out. So I had to ask staff to please set up the tables and the food so people could eat and sit, as was talked about for 2-3 weeks ahead of time across the several phone calls. - I asked about the food, and they said while they made it they weren't sure how payment was handled for it. When across 3 CONVERSATIONS IN THE 2-3 WEEKS LEADING UP TO IT, THEY TOLD ME IT WAS INCLUDED, so I had to unexpectedly pay for all of the guests food. If it was truly meant to be separate, this should have 100% been communicated better, as the dollar amount I was told over a phone call Wednesday was the group minigolf price for the event would be raised up slightly to cover food ONLY for the attendees in the group. People like this yearly event, but my god, PLEASE DO BETTER NEXT YEAR. Its a fun course, but wowza does communication between staff, and communication with customers need to MASSIVELY improve.

Awesome and affordable executive golf course. Amazing deals, example unlimited range balls for entire family for &16!!! You and your kid can golf 18 with a cart for $34. They have driving range, putting greens, mini- golf, 27 holes, food, snacks, beer, all that for a steal! Course is well kept and wide open.
