I came and spent $30.99 a piece on 7 kids to give my son a good birthday and here is how it went… I have a handicapped son and ALL The parking spots that were handicapped were taken by people that didn’t have a handicap sign. Everything was out such as the ice machine wasn’t working. The pretzels were gone. There was no more popcorn no more chips. They were out of ice. They were out of dipping dots. The Young staff have no idea how to handle situations and just walk away when waiting for sodas and they don’t even finish your order. Definitely do not waste your money.
Awesome Party Room and fun! Aaron was an EXCEPTIONAL host for the party and so caring. Gave 2 stars though because the Manager Owen told me he doesn't run games cause he is a manager and has other people to do his job. I said a managers job is to do what is needed. He opened the virtual for 1 pair of kids and said he was shutting it down when they were done. Laser tag was down and the visual dance party. Poor attitude for a manager. I would not want someone who isn't willing to help where needed in a place of business. Especially when people pay for the full experience. Not to mention the trashes are all overflowing and it's not even busy in here. Every table is dirty. Manager needs a wake up call. This dude has literally been walking around on his phone all day.
