Love that you essentially buy a “day pass” instead of having to shove endless tokens into a machine. You can even leave and come back the same day. The lady who works the front desk is amazing. She has seen some things. Super friendly but I wouldn’t want to cross her. She’d take me out. Look at the google crowd ratings and go when it says they aren’t busy. You can basically bat as much as you want with very little (if any) wait.
I'm writing to share my feedback on my recent experience at the batting cages. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with several aspects of my visit. The recently upgraded controllers for the cages were not an improvement. In fact, they seemed to lower the overall quality of the experience. The arcade-style cards used for payment and activation were unreliable and frequently lost connection. Additionally, the signage indicating speed and ball type (baseball or softball) for each cage was inaccurate and unhelpful. When I asked the staff for assistance, I found their responses condescending and dismissive. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this batting cage facility. I suggest looking for a different option that may offer a better overall experience.
