Honestly it was a fun time but we felt super uncomfortable cause our attendant for our bay made us feel really unwelcomed and super uncomfortable. We felt like he was upset that we were even there and he was super rude honestly. The game play is super fun but I don’t know if I would go back . Everyone else was super nice and welcoming but if I pay that much to play I want a nicer attendant that makes us feel like we’re actually supposed to be there and not just a waste of his time
Worst Topgolf experience ever… went to topgolf today to catch up with a group of friends. I ordered a drink and waited for 45 minutes for the drink to even arrive. I asked the waitress to please cancel my drink right before my drink magically appeared. The waitress made a remark “ugh are you serious”. Extremely unprofessional….. When it came to our groups tab we had told her over and over again what each person ordered to get our tabs right. We even helped her break it down on the receipt and it still came out wrong… we spent almost an hour of the play time trying to sort the tab issue. Terrible terrible service. I’ve had great experiences at Top Golf until now. This one will definitely cause my party and I to not return here.
