The place is absolutely amazing! So many different options and everything is so safe and managed well. We were there for several hours and my daughter still didn't want to leave. My daughter got stuck on the rope course and she started freaking out. But the employee who helped her was so patient and helped her get down with no issue. The place was clean even though it was a very busy day, the employees were super helpful and attentive, everybody was really nice and it was all around a wonderful experience. We had no issues with our membership or the socks or anything. I was kinda worried after reading some of the reviews but I do not regret it one bit.
