We have a great time every time we are there. It’s nice to have the pay area for all ages they added and adults can get a drink to boot. A side story that impressed me and prompted me to write this review. My daughter was playing alone a few games and some teenage girls came up and slyly stole her play card. We talked to them they wouldn’t give it back and denied it. So the manager ran the tape back to prove they indeed stole her card. The girls ended up returning the card and trying to play it off as they just found it even though they used all of the money left on it. They were kicked out and the manager gave us our money they stole back. Great customer service and a great atmosphere. Shame on the teenagers who stole from an innocent 7 year old.
The food was good, and the service was decent. However, half of the arcade games were "out of order," and the skating and Ax Throwing weren't available (no staff running them). We were there on a Saturday evening, so it was a shock that they didn't have everything available. On another side note, the facility could use some deep cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep. lots of chipped paint, torn carpet and other wear and tear.
