I've created so many memories with my kiddos at this place! I highly recommend taking your family here! My kids hardly ever get along, but when we're at Round 1, they're besties!
Great games and decent prizes. Customer service could use some work. Waited quite some time to check out in the ticket store. She was on the phone and we waited more than 15 minutes before anyone helped us. She kept answering the phone and helping them while we waited. It wouldn't have been a problem, except there were three other people that could have done the same job.
