RUDE. It’s actually ZERO stars. Incredibly disgusting “customer service”. Not sure how they got the other stars from previous reviews. Tom was beyond condescending, discourteous, and impolite. I don’t know who peed on his parade this particular day, but he decided to take it out on us. We were so taken aback that we were at a loss for words for a minute. Thank goodness we decided to stand up for ourselves and we left. Nowadays there are an abundance of establishments to patron and when a customer (customers) chooses to give you their money for entertainment and enjoyment, you need to be grateful and just be nice. One bad review takes 10 to make up for the negative experience. I’ll make sure to spread the word of what a complete sarcastic jerk Tom was to us.
0 stars. HORRIBLE customer service. I wanted to go to the indoor simulator with my boyfriend and his family and Tom was INSANELY rude and condescending. Tom needs to brush up on the way he speaks to people, especially potential customers. Don't patronize this business.
