Topgolf Louisville

First time at Top Golf today. My husband and I booked an early bay (930a) for two hours for the two of us and our two kids came along (1 y/o & 6 y/o). We’re not golfers, or have any sort of golfing experience; just wanted to play around. We had a fun time! Our bay was ready right at the reservation time, service was quick, food was decent, the space was clean, and the game was simple (for non-golfers lol). Mostly writing this review though to give the manager, Brenda Johnson a shout out. I had noted on our reservation that our daughter (6y/o) wouldn’t be playing but uses a wheelchair so I wanted to make sure that she would still be able to access the space/bay. About an hour or so before our time slot Brenda gave me a call and asked about specific accessibility accommodations; ie if a bay with a bar height table or a bay with an L Shape couch would work best. It seems like a small thing, but it’s a big thing in our world for someone to take a few extra minutes to ensure accessibility. Thanks, Brenda! We appreciate you!
