I would like to give a shout out to James B The manager, Bree and Adam they are all lso accommodating Heck, I wish they would give me a sponsor for this place with how much money I spend in it lol other than a couple broken claw machines this place is an amazing Place to bring your family too to have fun and just get away from life and I am also now a VIP status card you get 10% off all of the games once you hit VIP status Thank you you all you’re amazing.
Let me start by saying the place looks very nice, and the games were fun. However, we paid over $500 for the biggest party pack. Only 1 person was working both rooms, our pizzas were cold, I had to help the lady carry drinks and pizzas to the room. The cake pops were a joke. Only 4 were correct size the rest looked like they ran out and just tried to make it work. THANK GOODNESS I brought my own cake. They were in a Togo box and didn't even have sticks. It was a joke. The party helper went on break in the middle of our party. She was stressed and overworked the whole time. I booked this so I didn't have to do anything but enjoy my child and I did not accomplish that. I'm sad to say I would never book here again. The price point isn't worth the hassle. They did reach out and ask how to correct their errors. They also worked with us to make this right. So I am giving them a better star rating.
