Overall great experience. The staff were cordial and remained polite and respectful despite the chaos of several large parties going on at once. Despite some lags in receiving all of our ordered food, my family and our friends enjoyed the experience. The event and parties representative made our experience amazing
We love having our birthday party's here! For 3 years we've held them at Malibu Jack's. They have many options to chose from with food and party packages. We changed our food option this year to one of their buffets. Everyone loved the food! The staff was beyond helpful and nice. Checking in with us constantly. We will definitely hold more party's with them!
