Immediate turn off! Walk into the establishment on a Saturday night with the family to eat and have some fun. The waitress said she could not take orders for 30 minutes because they did not have the baskets and items to serve the clients. There is no one at all sitting in the restaurant!
Worst experience I have had in a long time, we went bowling and the rubber on the steps is bubbling up and I almost fell, the shoes had holes in them, we paid for an hour and then ordered food while the place was not very busy but it took 35 minutes to get the drinks which one of them was wrong so that took 20 more minutes get the correct drink and we had to wait for 25 more minutes to get a small portion of the food we order which was regular fries instead of sweet potato fries. Never got the rest of the food. 20 percent of the games were out of order and they were spraying some kind of strong chemical disinfectant in the kids play area that made us sick to our stomach. This place is suppose to be fun but was a nightmare. I do not recommend.
