Although it is highly unlikely to find an alligator 🐊 here, there's always that small possibility. We didn't see any on our trip, but we did see man, many turtles 🐢, and fish 🐠. We was a super neat and cute park. Lots of shade and different trails to explore. Perfect for a short hike or a couple of laps around.

This wetlands park is a nice surprise. Immediately adjacent to the freeway motels, there are a few miles of hiking trails through wetlands, surrounded by a variety of deciduous trees in the pine and cypress forest.
