Enjoy it while you can. Management will drive this place into the ground. I told staff about a roll of solder (probably lead) in the plushy grab game. Two hours later, it’s still there. They can’t even find a key to open it. Oscar the grouch wouldn’t touch the food made there. The girl exchanging tickets for prizes was awesome. I hope she finds a different workplace that has some sort of values.
We booked our 7 year old’s birthday party here and had the best time!! Korrine was our party host and did phenomenal 😍 She checked in on us multiple times throughout the party and never missed a beat! 10/10 recommend Surge!
