The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the kids did have fun. The customer service is horrible. We waited at the party desk for over 15 mins. Just waiting on someone to help us. 6 employees walked pass us like we wasn’t there none of them tried helping us. Finally a worker seen us holding cakes n gifts n went call someone to help us. Then we were suppose to have a host for the birthday party. Nope that didn’t happen. I had to find a work to help me then I did my drinks n stuff myself. All the money people spend when they go there. I spent over $500 n had crappy service
Took my wife and 2 kids today.... we had VERY high hopes, but ended up VERY disappointed. I'm aware that the food shouldn't be expected to be high end, but for the price, i expected MUCH more. The nachos were stale with what I could only describe as some type of imitation cheese on top, the quesadilla was...edible. The burger was lacking flavor, the fries were the best thing we had. The arcade games were nice, but all the other play equipment was lacking maintenance, padding was missing, foam was torn up, and everything just had a dirty feel to it. It's definitely $170 that I should have saved and found something else to do with.
