The kids love this place!! It's a huge room w/ trampoline floors. They jump all day!! It's hard to get them to leave. So, be prepared to get your green socks on & jump on in & try to find them ! You'll have fun too!
I had a birthday party on 11/24/2024 and it was the worse experience I have ever received. When I arrived there was only one person to help all those people when checking in. The room I was officially given wasn’t available (Room 4). I was giving room 2 instead. I had no help or host. I have to go a find my hostess and she wasn’t much help being she didn’t stay with close around. The arcade was down but I paid for it in my package. I didn’t receive no shit for my birthday girl. No one helped us do anything. You guys need to do better
