Bianca was so friendly and helpful. She was extremely knowledgeable about the family packages and helped us have the best experience at the most affordable price. Working at the counter by herself I couldn't help but notice how effectively she was able to accommodate guests with a minimal wait time. We came all the way from Thibodaux, LA to celebrate my 6 year old daughters birthday and Bianca made sure it was her best one yet ❤️
Absolutely no one there when I took my grandson. No customers at 5:00 pm. It was reminiscent of Five Nights at Freddy’s. I paid $15.00 to ride the family go kart alone the young lady behind the counter didn’t help the situation. This used to be a pretty good place to have fun and create memories. The only plus side was the kind demeanor of the young man operating the go karts and the smile on my grandson’s face, otherwise I would have opted for another place to spend my money and quality time.
