⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Unforgettable Weekend at Great Wolf Lodge! We recently spent the weekend at Great Wolf Lodge and I have to say, we were completely beyond satisfied with our stay. Initially, we were quite nervous about the trip because we had heard horror stories regarding cleanliness and bed bugs. However, our experience couldn't have been more different. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms. Not a single bedbug in sight, and everything was spotless. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. Their dedication to making our stay enjoyable was evident throughout our entire visit. We even saw the manager actively involved in cleaning duties and ensuring everything was on point. It was refreshing to see someone so dedicated and invested in their job, truly leading by example. Overall, our stay at Great Wolf Lodge exceeded all expectations, and we can't wait to return for another memorable family getaway. Highly recommended!
Had a great time with my kids. Every single staff member (other than the person at the arcade prize shop) was BEYOND helpful and friendly. All had a great attitude and were very kind and attentive to the kids. Breakfast buffet was good however the “Italian” dinner buffet was absolutely terrible. Almost $30 a person and I ate maybe half a plate of food. Otherwise it was a great experience. Hope to go back when the construction is completed. I do wish the lifeguards in the toddler area payed more attention to children on the slides, I had my son on one side and me on the other, he went down but a little girl got in front of my and went down (I was sitting ready to go I would’ve taken her out if I went ahead) so my son made it to the bottom before me and was unable to get above water. Just something to think about.
