Adventure Centre Arctic Cat

Drove 3 hours and dropped my sled off. Was told it would be worked on the next week. It was not that week but the next because other people with boats that had no appointments were in front of me.. I brought it in for a service, clutch clean, and recoil was not working after I purchased it from them and put on myself two years ago. Got a call and was told it was done. Drove 3 hours to go pick it up. My son went out to start it after they put it in my truck. The recoil stuck out right in front of the guy. Left The slide there for them to work on it more. Three hours back home. With no slide. They called me and told me it was all set to go again. The guy brought it halfway To me and dropped it in a parking lot. I met the guy there and he said he was in a hurry. He jumped in his truck and drove away. I walked up to the sled, pulled it over in the recoil Stuck out. I called him on the phone. He was less than 2 miles away and would not return.. Got this let home put a brand new recoil on it from a different store and it works fine I got charged for all the work that they did to my sled But nothing was done. I could go on an audible to store and the way I feel I was treated. But Indian River, Arctic cat is my go to store now
