We thought we'd give this place another chance. We were charged $40 for shoes and 1 hour of Bowling for two people they put us on Lane one while all the other lanes were moving smoothly our lane had slow ball return and pin setups a couple of times a worker had to manually fix the issue we figured about 10 minutes of time was wasted with these technical difficulties we were cut of time on the 8th frame when it said time ran out make sure you ask attendant if the lane you are assigned is working properly
I always have a bad experience when I try to come here. It’s one thing or another. Most recently it’s just bad customer service. I called three days ago to get lanes for my sisters birthday. You get this long voicemail from there team about everything you are NOT supposed to do after you leave a message (don’t call back, you don’t have a reservation unless we call you etc. ). But to then not even call someone back is horrible customer service. The voicemail doesn’t even say or mentioned if/how quickly you can expect a call. It’s rude. Just rude and now we don’t have secure plans for my sisters birthday. Just crappy crappy customer service. Honestly, I don’t even think they call people back who aren’t doing events. This is NOT the first time jt has happened to me. And if I need to call a week I advance to get lanes. SAY IT. UPDATE: I received a call back due to this review and was able to get lanes.
