Anytime Good energy is bestowed upon me, I like to acknowledge it. I checked in the previous day and had a ball. Was too inebriated to do anything to myself. Needless to say I woke up around 1nish this afternoon preparing to soak my body. Oh God, low and behold I couldn't turn the water on due to a faulty faucet knob. I called front desk and in less than 20 minutes I had 2 maintenance personnel knocking at my door to address the issue. Mary has the greatest attitude and energy that I've encountered since I've been visiting GoldStrike for 2 years now. Sam accompanied her and he was very professional, and started to address the issue immediately. They had to move me to another room which was no hassle at all on my behalf. Thank u Mary, you're awesome!!!!!
We had a great time here. The machines pay out decent and there are many women walking around offering drinks, which was nice because usually I have to wait FOREVER for someone to offer me a drink, but the service here was excellent. We will be back.
