Bathrooms are absolutely run down and disgusting. They do not look like they’ve been cleaned since they opened however many years ago. These are bathrooms for children… Would not recommend to bring your children. Theres another one a couple exits down in Biloxi that is much more kept up and worth the $$. Workers are sparse and often on their phones.
I can’t thank Lori enough for her patience and gentle guidance when I brought my granddaughter there and she became scared. I also had my infant grandson so I was unable to “rescue” my granddaughter but without my asking Lori took it upon herself to go and coax her with that southern charm and gain the trust of a scared 5 year old. That in my opinion is a special person who genuinely cares about the children who visit the establishment! She took her time, Sat and talked with her. It sounds like what an employee should’ve done, but it was the way she did it that led me to leave this review. Thank you Lori! We hope to see you again!
