Cold shower, found hair in the bed, makeup still on black hand towel, (was told by a girl that they are short staffed but got me a clean towel)... told me via phone they could look up our gift certificate but they said not the case so we had to pay full price for room. The plus would be the pools were okay and hours good.
We had a really fun weekend at this unique place. Great place to bring the kids. We ate dinner in the dining room and thought it was crazy expensive for the quality and quantity. Our server was great though! Pools were fine and slide was super fun! Enjoyed the kid at the top of the slide giving the thumbs up for the next person to slide down. The rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. Hallways need some updating. The only hitch in not being 100% satisfied with our stay was the very unhappy, crabby person who checked me in and made me feel like a giant pain in her ass. She made me feel very unwelcome and set the tone on a real low upon arriving.
