This review is unfortunate but wholly true. After 4 trips into the store, ive had 4 identical experiences. Extremely busy, 1 person assisting customers. Regarding the "club fittings", Hitting 1 club to determine entire set? You might end up in an unfortunate situation, like myself. Deal breaker sized offset. Healthy markup....Example : brand new set of clubs ordered directly from manufacturer, 1 less club than offered from scheels same day, same price, identical set. ($130 value per club). Kind of a bummer, leaving excited, to feeling ripped off, just minutes later. Used clubs that are desireable (stiff, xstiff, not trashed) are sometimes $50-$100 upcharge over competitive market rate. The used and new clubs that are standard or senior flex, might be a better deal, just not for me. The club repair price was fair, for a random shaft, but unfurtunately had too much flex, so i ended up repurchasing the stock shaft, anyways.... Wouldve saved 20$, buying new adapter and stock shaft to install myself, in hindsight... Never really felt like a valued customer. Even after spending 2k. He wouldnt remember me...
