Review for Frankie’s of Raleigh Amusement Park We recently visited Frankie’s of Raleigh, and while the park offered fun activities for kids, our overall experience was disappointing. Before arriving, we called ahead to confirm that the entire park was open, only to find out upon arrival that only one go-kart track was available. We were particularly excited about the drifting experience, but that wasn’t an option—a major letdown. The staff was not helpful or informative. When we inquired about the closed tracks, we received vague responses with no effort to provide additional details. It felt like they were uninterested in assisting guests, which only added to the frustration. While some attractions may still be enjoyable, the lack of clear communication and customer service makes it hard to recommend this place. There are plenty of other amusement parks and entertainment centers in the area that provide better service and a more transparent experience.
