The experience was not great at all. I brought my kids & it was our first time here and it was not great. The staff that worked looked miserable and I didn’t see one staff smile, let alone acknowledge the children with a friendly gesture. I wouldn’t recommend & will not be bringing my business back here. The amount I paid for the kids to jump & this be our experience was not fun, or ideal. I just went on July 3rd, 2024 of this year. GET A GRIP ON CUSTOMER SERVICE 🤢
I want to acknowledge that several reviewers have had disappointing experiences at this location, and I empathize with their frustrations. However, my recent visit was overwhelmingly positive, leaving me wondering if perhaps there's been a change in management or staff. Standout Staff: - The manager demonstrated in-depth knowledge of policies, addressing all concerns. - The lady in the food area was friendly, well-versed in policies, and helpful.
