I have been so incredibly impressed by the owners and employees of Safari Trampoline. We recently had a school event at the park and they were great to work with. Marcela specifically helped us organize and put on the event and the owners made it happen. The facility is so much fun for kids, they are always adding new games and offering family friendly events and deals. I have a family of 6 and truly appreciate the deals they offer though their texts, if you haven't signed up, you should. I highly recommend Safari Trampoline!
The staff was not very informative at the front desk. It was my first time visiting and they got annoyed that I asked questions. They over charged me 2 times on the same purchase and had to perform 2 separate refunds. When I pointed it out to the manager she was argumentative, rude and didn't even apologize when she noticed I was right. You have to go find someone to operate any of the other attractions (bumper cars, vr ride). I still gave it 2 stars because my kids 12,12 & 10 months all had a great time anyways. If the service had been better it would have been 4 stars.
