01072025 Wasn't busy for 6 p.. Was a plus. However there was very creepy suspicious behaviors amongst the patrons im sure they will note upon viewing footage. It feels more like a Christmas tree free for all than a park for children to grow and exercise. Sad 😔
We haven’t been here yet, but we were supposed to go here yesterday and my whole family woke up super sick. When I reached out to Sky Zone via their text feature they were so understanding and immediately offered to refund us for the tickets we had purchased. They were extremely accommodating and their excellent customer service is definitely a huge green flag! Looking forward to supporting them more in the future and will definitely update this review when we get to go.
