My son and I go to tilt about 3 times a week maybe more. The staff is always super helpful and ready to exceed guest expectations. I asked about the VIP prpgram and the GM, Christian was super helpful getting me set up and letting me know all the new perks to VIP. Talking with Christian, he referred to tilt as his store as he is the GM. This kind of attitude is how business stay alive and keep customers coming back. When your employees take ownership of their position, it shows en exceptional level of commitment. Personal Qualities like this are hard to come by in today's work force and should not be taken lightly by employers. Overall 10/10 experiences up to today.
