It was very cold by the food counter and the lounge. They need better seating for tournaments. Those big bricks make it hard to watch the bowlers. Should have a trash can by the straws instead of having to search for one.
The manager of this place is the reason why my entire family will never go there again. I hope he feels good about what he did. My kid has had the last 4 birthdays with a platinum package here, never again.
